Digital Mind enters Estonian market
Today we are happy to announce the launch of Digital Mind Estonia - official representative of Digital Mind brand in Estonia. To speed up our entrance in this new market, Digital Mind Estonia has acquired a business unit from Nortal - the largest Estonia based IT company.
Effective January 15, 2016, Digital Mind has taken over and will continue to fulfill all existing OpenText and Kofax software related contracts previously serviced by Nortal in Estonia. Contracts involved in the deal include clients such as Eesti Telekom, Bank of Estonia, Danske Bank, Omniva, as well as other companies from banking and utility sectors and several government organizations. Digital Mind is now the only official partner and distributor of OpenText software in Latvia and Estonia.
Digital Mind Estonia (operating as Digital Organization OÜ) is a recently established company, jointly owned by Digital Mind AS, and three former Nortal employees – Keit Kivisild, Hando Penu and Raul Reiska.
Digital Mind expects to significantly expand its business in Estonia by offering a combination of global technology solutions and local know-how to analyse and optimize the business processes of its customers, thus helping them deliver better and clearly measurable business results.
